About Us

After the Communist takeover of 1959, countless Cubans fled to America for political freedom. Freedom was achieved thanks to this amazing country, but the only thing missing was authentic Cuban cuisine.

Jorge Rios, armed with the American Dream and a growing demand for Cuban food, established Señor Café in 2001. It quickly became a gathering spot for people of all backgrounds and blossomed into a local favorite because of its unique window service, lunch buffet, and home-styled dinner menu.
